1. About the Service

Arcana & Stars provides personalised digital Astrology and Destiny Matrix readings based on information provided by the customer.

2. Orders and Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for their chosen reading, including their name, email address, date of birth, birth time, birth location and any other requested details. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the reading.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and payment must be completed before work begins. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.

4. Personalised Digital Services

Each reading is created individually and delivered digitally, usually as a personalised PDF. No physical product is shipped.

5. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the product purchased and are shown on the relevant product page. Completed readings are sent to the email address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for checking that their email address is correct and that their mailbox can receive the delivery.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers should contact Arcana & Stars as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Because readings are personalised digital services, a refund may not be available once work has started or the completed reading has been delivered, subject to applicable consumer law. 7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to applicable law and any relevant exceptions. Where a service is requested to begin during the withdrawal period, Arcana & Stars may request the customer’s express consent before work begins. Any limitation or loss of the right of withdrawal will apply only where legally permitted and where the required customer information and consent have been obtained. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

Readings, written interpretations and PDF materials are provided for the customer’s personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, redistributed, published or used commercially without prior permission from Arcana & Stars, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Disclaimer

Astrology and Destiny Matrix readings are provided for personal insight, self-reflection and entertainment purposes. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and should not replace qualified professional support.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Arcana & Stars does not guarantee specific outcomes, predictions or results.

11. Website Use

Customers must not misuse the website, engage in fraud, attempt unauthorised access, copy website content without permission, introduce harmful code, or interfere with the website’s operation. Arcana & Stars may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or its services.

Each purchased reading is a bespoke custom digital deliverable, provided electronically. Order confirmation is sent by email once payment has been received, and the reading is delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

Each deliverable is a personal copy for the purchaser. It is protected under intellectual property and copyright laws, and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.
